How Snapinsta Works

How We Respond

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us with the following information:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area and agreement to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

Snapinsta reserves the right to block access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
